/>总体上看，考核的条目中很多都是感性并且模糊的描述心理状态的词汇，分数等级的划分标准描述之间也很模糊与相近。也许这些描述词汇对于专门研究过员工工作心理学的人力资源经理来说是很简单很明确，但对于从事日常业务工作的经理来说，并不容易掌控，特别是大部分经理同时要从事市场、销售、开发等工作，时间有限、精力有限，并且对下属的工作安排大部分也是任务驱动型的，对于完成的效果可能更重视，而没有过多关注工作中的心理状态，在日常工作中就更不容易运用自如。这种做法从好处来说是加强了部门经理对员工的考评权限，增强了部门经理的管理责任心与管理力度；从坏处来说，却也为部门经理任人唯亲、打压先进等“暗箱”操作提供了手段，同时使得高层对下面基层员工的工作状态更是“雾里看花”，直接<img
