/>    任何会议都是要充分准备的，虽然你是项目的开发人员甚至是技术总监。你理解你开发的系统，对他了如指掌，但是，我们是去给客户演示，客户什么都不知道！我们是去告诉客户让他明白我们都做了什么了。因此，你需要花费一定时间和心思理你的思路，而理思路最好的方式莫过于把它写成一个会议schedule，这样你就不会被客户牵着走。相反的，你有了自己的步伐有条不紊的向客户展示我们的战果。<br />
